Will the Config get lost after firmware update on srx5308 (3.0.7-45)
Hello,
we have an srx5308 and I want to make an firmware update on the device, but I'm a bit scared that the config will get lost when I install the actual firmware.
My question:
Is it possible to restore the firewall with the backup of 3.0.7-45 when firmware 4.3.3-6 is installed?

I recommend you to save a screenshot of all the settings configured on the SRX5308 before you upgrade the firmware from v3.0.7-45 to v4.3.3-6. It is because it is not a guarantee that the config file you have backed up from the v3.x firmware will be restored after upgrading to the v4.x firmware. In addition, it is recommended to perform a factory reset on the SRX5308 after a successful firmware upgrade then reconfigure the settings from scratch.
