HI ,I have a br500.The insight vpn client never fails to connect (i have windows).I have resetting all,but it does not work.can help me?

How is everything connected? Is your BR500 behind another router? It would be best to post a detailed diagram of your network setup.
What is the current firmware version of the BR500?

If ever your BR500 is not on the latest firmware version, I suggest you to update it then check if the same problem will occur. The latest BR500 firmware is v5.10.0.5 and you can download it here.
Also, since the BR500 behind another router, kindly try to open the ports and DNS records on the router that is connected to the BR500 and observe if the same problem will occur. Kindly read the article below:

If the above article does not help, kindly try to set the BR500 as the main router in order to isolate the problem.
