srx5308 limit bandwith for lan port

Hi,

I would like to limit the traffic allowed to one LAN port to enable some testing with a limited/slow internet connection. What is the best way to do this?

Hi zakzakzak20,

Rate limiting to specific port is not applicable to SRX5308. It is only possible if there is a specific service that we need to limit on the firewall or if you do have an L2 switch that is capable of rate-limiting per port, then that would be possible.

You may refer to page 181 of the manual.
