vpn client lite license lost & no way to contact support
Hi, have run into a problem. we've had 5 fvs318g &fvs318gv2 routers for a few years. Some users need to use the vpn client. We have the CD's but the sleeves with the VPN lite lic. keys were tossed. I checked our registration online and I have one device that still says I have chat access support. So, when I got to support there is an empty screen. Thought I could ask support about the keys if I could provide them with the device serial numbers, even though they show up in registration. Any idea how to contact support to see if I can get the lic. keys for the vpn lite, I beileve there is 1 per device on these models. thank you

You may get the license key with our support team and let them know that you are entitled for it. I suggest you to open a case / chat on NETGEAR support.
