vpng01L reset license

I have a new computer and trying to reuse my VPNG01L license which was on my old machine and unable to activate.  It does not appear I can buy one anywhere anymore either, except ebay which is not first choice for supply.  Can I get it reset ?

b. e-mail address that was used when you have registered the VPN license key before
