AUTOMATE PROCESS TO SWITCH ARMOR ACCT TO NEW ROUTER

Now- in order to transfer a Bitdefender account from one router to another a Netgear team must be engaged. The team member inquires about the new and old devices name and serial numbers. The team member asks for contact information and notifies the user that someone will reach out within 24-48 hours to complete the process. A similar process is required to remove the old router from the user's list on the Armor "My Routers" page: http://armor.netgear.com/myrouters

Use case- provide users with the ability to self-manage the transfer of the existing Armor account from one router to another.
Use case- provide users with ability to remove (old or unused) routers (while providing adequate rules to prevent inadvertent removal of a router with an existing Armor account, etc.)

Benefit- by providing this automation Netgear can 1) eliminate the very labor intensive processes involved, and 2) invest human resources in other more deserving areas.

Automation challenge- fairly standard integration of Netgear and Bitdefender processes through appropriate APIs, etc.
