Email notification of switch port state change

Is it possible to add an email notification for a switch port state change on Netgear cloud managed switches with insight please?
Looks like Cisco Meraki can do this and it would be great to know if someone is connecting or disconnecting devices to the switch or if a LAN host has gone offline.
