Multiple Admin Accounts

NETGEAR Insight's tierd admin system leaves alot to be desired.
Primary issue is that a Manager doesn't have enough rights to do their roll and we are only allowed 1 single admin account.
The ideal solution would be to have a more granular admin system where we can create our own rolls and select which rights each roll has, (i.e. Billing User, Intern (Read Only), Sales, Help Desk, etc)
The alternative and easier to implement solution would be to simply allow us to have multipule admin accounts so that we no longer need a shared account.

This isn't a business solution, until we can have multiple admins.  A business usually has multiple administrators.  Our option currently is either share an account and disable 2FA or share the account with 2fa and then waste another admin's time.  I don't understand why this is always missed.  It's always a surprise that more than one person would administer an account.  This is very normal in the real world.
