WBC502 with firmware 5.8.1.7

 

Access Point (and Client Bridge) mode is only available in the Stand Alone mode.  Can AP be available/manageable through Insight?

Outdoor AP with Insight is no brainer. we need it.

Clientbridge is an interesting ask. Can you kindly share more?
Do you think of Insight manager support more for Day zero configuration or
more for Day 1+ (for manageability like firmware updates, remote reboots, monitoring statistics)
Can you share which use-case and workflow is more important "client bridge"

or you want both. 

 

Day zero :
Rather than use local device UI via 2.4 Ghz management SSID or LAN side, you see an advantage to have this feature on Insight app for configuring the SSID client-bridge needs to join?
(Device needs cloud access before configs can be pushed to the device, so to prime the device on client bridge mode, we need to configure it first).

Day-1+ will provide features like remote monitor, reboot, firmware updates, troubleshooting in client bridge mode, once it is configured via local UI?
