XS724EM port speed force change

Hi, For XS724EM current 1.0.1.3 firmware, the port speed options only have "Auto", "Disable" and "100M Full", Is there any way we can set the port speed to specific speed other than 100M? For example, I would like to have port speed that can be force to "10G full", "5G full" and "2.5G full".

Thank you.

IEEE has defined the automatic link speed negotiation as mandatory.

For what reason you need to "fix" the link rate?

I have this same question.  IEEE standard for 802.3bz (aka NbaseT), does not state it's mandatory for auto-only.  It just says that auto-negotiate must be supported.  In other words, basically every vendor supports auto AND manual set link speed.

The obvious reason for this is "real-world" situations:  If the cable you have is barely able to make connection at 5G but with lots of errors which means packet loss, then it's far better to slow it down with manual settings to 2.5G for error-free and no-packet-loss operation.

When will this feature be available?

Wishful thinking? 2.5G/5G/25G/40G Auto-Negotiation Proposal – May 2015 802.3 Interim does still mention Auto-Negotiation is mandatory for 2.5GBASE-T and 5GBASE-T in Annex 28D.
