Netgear usb controll center does not work!!! When there will be an update for OSX El Captan????
It would be very helpful to know if and when Netgear will be updating the USB Control Centre to function with El Capitan. We have used Netgear products to wirelessly print for some years and thi lack of information leads to a mssive frustration for us. Inevitably, we will have to look for an alternative solution pretty quickly if there is no solution forthcoming. I also note that there is now no download link to an OSX product - or any reference to OSX on the download page.

How hard can it be to just have an update that works? You would expect it from professionals.
Having lodged a ticket with Netgear support ( assuming that it would be a more productive way to reach Netgear representatives than in the community forums) I initially received an informed and apologetic response statng that the USB Control Cener issue was being attended to and an email would be sent to advise when an appropriate solution was available. I subsequently received another response to inform me that - with regret - the 3500 repeater was no longer subject to support and my ticket was therefore closed. Indicative of a lack of understanding from a "support " representative and shabby under the circumstance of a very important feature of these products no longer functioning through an operating system upgrade that was given plenty Beta time to assess. I wait without baited breath.
I have the same problem and need a solution soon, I work with a Dymo Printer on my mac......

I'm also having the same issue with OSX El Capitan! I went through the process of updating my password and creating a user name to upvote this. It needs more attention. I'm hoping that this is fixed very soon. Does anyone from netgears software engineering team know if this incompatability is cause by the new "rootless" feature in OSX? This feature is also known as "system integrity protection".
