I have a GS752TPv2 that will be used on my network. I need to insure that one of the VLANs has no access to any of my other internal VLANs (only access to a couple of servers for DHCP/DNS/NTP). Is it possible to create ACLs on these switches?

Of course, consult the 24-Port and 48-Port Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ Smart Switches with 4 SFP Ports User Manual. You need to figure out if this does have the flexibility you expect.
