GC108PP Device is disconnected post firmware upgrade

GC108PP Device is disconnected post firmware upgrade
I initiated a firmware upgrade for my local network devices today. My network is set up as follows:
Comcast Router to GC108PP (Switch 1) to GC108PP (Switch 2) and 3 WAC510 access points. Switch 2 is, in turn, connected with another 2 WAC510 access points.
After executing a firmware upgrade for the network, Switch 2 is disconnected, and it's two access points are disconnected.
Here is the log from the notification tab:
Critical | Device lost communication with the Insight cloud. | Sunday, October 16 2022, 09:15 p.m. ET |
Information | Device resumed communication with the Insight cloud. | Sunday, October 16 2022, 09:11 p.m. ET |
Critical | Firmware upgraded to version v1.0.8.9,device will now reboot to apply changes. | Sunday, October 16 2022, 09:11 p.m. ET |
Warning | Device is rebooting, and should be back online in a few minutes. | Sunday, October 16 2022, 09:11 p.m. ET

When I go to Firmware tab, it shows offline with current version 1.0.8.9.
As I remotely manage these devices, please help me connect to the switch and 2 access points.

Any change on a cold switch cold reboot?

Hi Guru,
By cold reboot, do you mean rebooting it by powering it off and powering it on from the power point?
I will be able to access the physical site only after a week. If you mean above, I will try when I reach there. I was wondering if there is anything which can be done while I am away from the site.
