Hello all, hoping someone can help or experienced the issue I've came across recently..
We have deployed multiple GS752TXPv3 cloud managed switches to our locations globally, in two of these locations, starting a week ago, two different switches have randomly crashed (one of them twice) and stopped PoE from working. The switches continue to pass all other traffic however become unmanaged and lose their management IP address, triggering our alerting systems.
The only way we bring the switch fully online again is to have someone manually remove/re-plug the power cable.
Has anyone came across this, firmware versions are 6.2.1.30 and 6.2.1.32
