Hi

While creating a Manager I am getting the following errorNetgear Manager Error.PNG

I figured it out. It seems Manager A/c shall not be an existing netgear account.

Hi,

This isn't a Insight cloud switch issue, and it reads to me like you are using Insight Pro as a reseller. The better suited community area might be Insight Pro (For MSP And VAR Only).
