Firefox 62.0.3 (64-bit), German language, Windows 10, 100% screen scaling (not the default 125%!):
Making the view 100%, narrow, about 1024px wide, the header line does desintegrate and disappear, the second menu line does disappear, ...
When mamiing things even narower - about the size of a mobile - things go completely wrong:
