Insight Pro has all of the new features outlined in the table below, plus the Custom Reports creator, which enables Insight Pro users to create multiple reports templates that can be customized for external use with the small business end-customer. Additionally troubleshooting reports provide a granular view into the state of the network over the last 20 minutes to root-cause issues. Also new in Insight Pro 5.5 is the ability to create change-log reports that provide full view into all changes made on any devices managed by Insight, who made the changes and when. This provides even more visibility and control over the customer’s networks.
One-Click Network Replicate in Insight Pro 5.5
In addition to the custom reports creator, we also introduce the ability to quickly create additional networks within a customer Organization with a simple one-click to replicate, speeding up the process of deployment. This feature along with the new ability to save and clone network settings across wired and wireless networks, significantly reduces deployment time and helps scale VAR/MSP business.
