Were you able to see the menu before? Are you able to see the menu in the Insight Mobile app? Can you try on a different browser to see if you see the same result?
That's similar to the odd switch port icons and partially invisible controls I've experienced following the update of the Web frontend from 5.0 to 5.1.
@AjitKumarIf an alternate browser (one that was not used for an Insight portal before or recently) does show it you migth want to try to drop your primary Web browser cache. Do the switches show with the correct icons for you or do you get some some odd icons there, too? Almost convinced the problem would disappear when dropping the browser cache - of course a depreciated task on a modern Web App.
