Hm, Bridge ID is the switch MAC address plus the priority (plus the VLAN in MSTP et all), isn't it?
Here can't find a way to configure each device bridge priority - this might be interesting if there are some designated switches act as core, and others as leaf or access switches.
But agree, the controls of STP and RSTP are very basic, and there is no monitoring to gain insight.

Hello,
Currently there is not an option to define a bridge ID of a switch, but be on the look out for future changes to Insight.
