WAC505 No IP Address Reflected on the Dashboard

Hi

For one of our customer we have the following issue.

 

The devices are connecting to wireless with "No Problems" however the IP Addresses are not reflecting on the dashboard for most of the device.

Kindly help.

Could you please share the details of those devices? Is it Android or iOS? or is it laptops?

 

Kindly share model details also.

 

BTW - how long you have waited to see this?

 

@goldenegypttour  Please share the screen shot for the missing pie charts. Is this after the FW upgrade to the latest 8.2.1.16? Please mention the model of the AP.

Hi Raghu

We sold the solution 2 months back. Since the begining the Dashboard could not see the IP address for devices.

We waited for some time expecting the things to change.

We also got the new firmware updated.

Still no luck. Many things tried. Many reboots etc... Still No Clue.

 

The clients are mostly Android and Laptops.

We are chasing the The Netgear Support from a Month Now.

 

Kindly help.
