Any way to test lcap connection

Any way to test lcap connection

My manager stated that 

LACP appears down

 

and it's not trunking our vlan 7 properly

 

How can I confirm that is the case new to netgear

It seems that you are having issues regarding the LACP. Have you checked if the LACP ports are responding? Is the port enabled on LACP? Kindly share some screenshots of your configuration in order for us to identify what seems to be the problem.

Looks like both ports configured into that dynamig LACP LAG have no links....

Check the ports which are member of the LAG first. Ethernet links must be up.
