Configuration of GS728TP with 2 Lan's

I have 14 Netgear GS728TP managed switches.
I am trying to configure to have 2 separate networks and one to configure the switch.
Lan1 is the configure network (192.168.0.1 - 255.255.255.0 - 192.168.0.254) only on port 1.
Lan2 and Lan3 not used nor configured.
Lan4 Bldg Network configured (10.0.0.X [x= 239 to 253 switch IP's] - 255.255.255.0 - 10.0.0.254) on ports 2 to 12.
Lan5 HVAC Network configured (172.16.x.253 [x= 0 to 15] - 255.25.240.0 - 172.16.0.254 on ports 13 to 24.

I have Set up each VLAN with Lan4 and Lan5 with IP's.
Lan1 port 1 marked U.
Lan4 ports 2~12 marked U.
Lan5 ports 13-24 marked U.

PVID Port 1 set to Lan1 only.
PVID Ports 2~12 set to Lan4.
PVID ports 13~24 set to Lan5.

Problem.
All the ports 13~24 plugged in and working (passing information and DHCP).
One cable goes from one switch to the next switch untill all have been connected on a port in the 13 to 24 block.
When I plug a cable between any switch and another switch on the Lan4 network on a port int he 2 to 12 block, I loose all my Lan5 network (my guess is all the Lan's).

What am I missing in the configuration?
