are there any diagnostic tools (hardware, not network) for the GSM7248?
i have one that drops packets when running with about 30 devices attached, but when i pulled it out of service to check the "bad ports" each port tested out ok. I suspect the system memory but cant find any way of testing it. the devices that were experiencing the packet loss are all functioning correctly on a replacement switch.
or should i just phone tech support and RMA it?
