And/or when ?
If EOL, it's replaced by ?

EoL in which aspect? The FSM726V2H2 was launced in 2006, and there were no updates for a while.
Doubt there is any (volume) market for Fast Ethernet managed switches anymore today. What management features (AFAIK there were not many on these models) do you need?
PS. At least, these are not marked EoL yet in the community system yet. @ChristineT please check and update.

FSM726v2 Firmware Selection Instructions
There are 2 different hardware revisions of FSM726 V2 -
FSM726 V2H1 (Hardware revision #1) & FSM726 V2H2 (Hardware revision #2)
You can identify the revision of your FSM726 V2 from the product serial number:
- FSM726 V2H1 Serial number starts with "171", e.g., 171xxxxxxxxx
- FSM726 V2H2 Serial number starts with "1BV", e.g., 1BVxxxxxxxxx

For the management of obsolescence, i just have to know if this switch is always available(not EoS) and it seems not.
The replacement product must be manageable and have about 16 100/1000 RJ45 ports.
I think that JGS516 or GS716 (if I need HTTPS) are suitable.
