Hello,
We have trying to find a way to do a full factory reset of a switch that came back from a rental job.
We have no idea on the password to get in the Web GUI.
No access via the terminal due to no cables.
Reset button did not really help and a factory reset button was not found on the device.
How could we do a full factory reset to wipe the full confg with only pussing a button.
The manual did not helps out either.
Thx...

Helloa,
After around 6 sec the switch is rebooting even if you keep pushing.
After the reset, the defaul admin with no password does not work.

Buy yourself some of these cables..
'Cisco rollover USB ftdi cable'
They are awesome, if you need drivers, they'll be on FTDI website.
Use KiTTY to connect up.
