GS308E-Editing the 802.1Q VLAN and add/remove VLAN ID's results in ALL VLAN ID's being broken

I noticed that if I edit the VLAN IDs in my GS208E the router destroys all programming for existing VLAN IDs.  This has happened EVERYTIME I have needed to update the VLAN IDs.   Every time I end up resetting to factory settings and reprogramming all VLANs from scratch.  Thankfully, I don't need to update the switch often but I'm at whit's end with this issue.

New switch, current firmware,

Hi @kenargo,

Would it be possible if you could provide a screenshot of the router and switch's VLAN configuration?

Also, please provide a network topology on how these devices are connected.

See above:

Port 1 is the internet from my router and is tagged on all but ID=1.  Ports 5 and 6 connect the primary router to the access points as tagged ports).

Ports 2 and 3 (ID=2010) are a NAS's bound interface (untagged)

if I try to add or delete a VLAN-ID, the web interface trashes the settings.  Sometimes I get garbage characters, but nearly all the time the switch locks up and I cannot connect to it. If I factory reset the switch and enter things in order (add all the IDs, then membership) then everything goes well.  An edit after the fact, not good.

Hi @kenargo,

The configuration seems to be fine. By any chance, have you tried a different browser as well to see if it's the same issue?

I likely would have but I don't remember and (honestly) don't want to try as an edit operation usually trashes the whole configuration and needs to be followed by a factory reset in order to get the switch back online.

If I do need to make an edit, I'll try a different browser and screen-record the operation.
