The switch does not boot after a power failure. I get this output on the serial line:
Log: DDR Tuning Complete DDR Tune Completed DRAM: 128 MiB WARNING: Caches not enabled SF: Detected MX25L25635E with page size 4 KiB, total 32 MiB In: serial Out: serial Err: serial gpio in: ff4 SF: Detected MX25L25635E with page size 4 KiB, total 32 MiB gpio in: ff4 Unlocking L2 Cache ...Done arm_clk=1000MHz, axi_clk=400MHz, apb_clk=100MHz, arm_periph_clk=500MHz Writing Shmoo values into flash ..... SF: Detected MX25L25635E with page size 4 KiB, total 32 MiB SPI flash erase failed, error=-1 Hit any key to stop autoboot: 0 u-boot>
It does not accept any commands. Whatever I send, nothing will come back. Is there anything I can do? Thank you

Assuming you are the original customer, request a hardware warranty replacement vis https://my.netgear.com/ - click on the hardware entry in the list (not on the button to the right) and follow the [Request a hardware replacement] process. If L3 support does see a chance on how to revive, they would assist. .
