GSM7212P Firmware upgrade

Looks like there might be more than one version of this switch, but not sure how to tell what I have. Serial number is 2TH11952F0033

Current firmware is 9.0.2.18 can I upgrade to 10.0.2.20?

When I try the upload of stk file works ok, but on reboot it is still on the same version

Check the dual image status under Maintenance and look at "next active".
