GSM7224v1 and VLAN's to ESXi 5.1
Hello All,
I have been beating my head against a wall for a few days now (on and off) and can't seem to get what I want working. I have a single GSM7224v1 with 5 VLAN's:
- Now where my problem exists is I have an ESXi 5.1 host hanging off of port 24. I have the config in the switch to UNTAG VLAN 1 on port 24 but TAG VLAN's 2-5 on port 24. I can not, for the life of me, get the communication across that port. I have tried non-ESX hosts as well as ESX. I am an ESX administrator (as well as network admin) by day so I know the ESX config is good...I am just having a rough time with the Netgear config. Below is the full config from the device so hopefully you can lend me a hand:

I would say have a look at the STP settings on your ESX server, you ahve STP running on your switch, make sure you're running the same version (for this scenario, RSTP should be fine).
