Low output voltage from wall adapter

We experienced a weird power event this past weekend and my entire network lost connectivity. The lights on the switch come on, but it does not respond to anything. The AC adapter measures 11.4 VDC at the output. Is this voltage too low for the switch, or has the switch just "expired"?

Re: Low output voltage from wall adapter

Hi MasIndy,

Welcome to our community!

11.4V could be normal depending on the type of PA that the switch is using, could you check on the PA what it says as you should be able to find the Voltage and Ampers information on it.

Moreover if the switch is not working is likely that the power outage damaged some of the internal chipsets unfortunately.
