occurred repeat This below message, why occurred this issue?

It seems that the device connected to port 24 is going up and down. May I know the device connected to this port? May you be able to attach or send the logs via pm so that we can check if there is anything out of the ordinary that happens to port 24 before this. If nothing happened in the logs, then you can try swapping out the cable.
