M4300-52G ProSAFE 4G24725T000C6 force speed 1G
Hi,
I have a stack of 6 M4300-52G
I try to force a port 1G in a 1G speed
when I try in cli I have the choise of 10mb 100mb and 10G
it's not a 10G port

My guess would be that you don't have that as a choice as it is the default speed.
If you have a piece of equipment that you believe is 1Gb but connecting at a lower speed then I would try another cable as a faulty cable will cause this issue (assuming you have checked the settings on the other equipment and it isn't faulty). Also check there is no damage to the ethernet ports.

Hi scolson,
Under one interface, you can configure ‘speed auto 1000’ to force 1G speed. Due to M4300-52G still support 10G speed for other ports(port49,50,51,52), so under any interface, 10G speed can be seen. The switch displays all speeds for every interface.
