Netgear ProSafe GS724T No Internet
Hello,
Recently purchased Netgear ProSafe GS724T v3 24-Port Gigabit Managed Ethernet Smart Switch (Used) for my home LAN. The switch is connected to ASUS ZenWiFi AX6600 router, which is connected to the Cable Modem from my ISP. No issues connecting to the WiFi internet but when I connect a laptop or a desktop to the switch neither PC has Internet access. Both Router and Switch are on the same network and when connected to the switch I can ping any device connected to the WiFi or the printer, also connected to a port of the switch.
I have a similar problem with my Netgear GS308E-Gigabit Ethernet Switch, which was connected to a WiFi extender and I use it to connect couple of desktops to Internet. There were no issues with this second switch until I hooked it up the the router trying to investigate the above issue. Now I have hooked up the GS308E back to the garage but nothing connected to it has internet.
What am I missing? If anyone has any idea I would appreciate the help.
