PoE 802.3af Standards A or B - workaround

I have found better workaround to problem described in thread:

https://community.netgear.com/t5/Managed-Switches/PoE-802-3af-Standards-A-or-B/m-p/1769938#M8154

Solution was tested only on devices mentioned in thread: Nethear M4300-28G-PoE+ with a dozen UniFi UAP-AC-M.

To make these devices work properly, You need to prepare a special patchcord, where wires 4,5,7,8 are connected through capacitors, so they don't interfere with PoE. As capacitor I've used 10n/100V multi layer ceramics.

Solution was tested on two switches with 8 devices, and works for couple months.

I hope this will be useful for someone.

Model: GSM4328PA|M4300-28G-PoE+ - 24x1G PoE+ Stackable Managed Switch with 2x10GBASE-T and 2xSFP+ (550W PSU)
