I contacted support this morning, waited 30 minutes and was promptly disconnected. Horrible support. I wanted to talk about a factory reset.

OK please download the Hardware Installation Guide from: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/GS110TP.aspx#docs
I let you consult page 11 and page 14: the Reset button on the front panel has a dual role. When you press it using a paper clip, it manually reboots the switch. This action is equivalent to powering the unit off and back on. But when you press it instead during two seconds, you remove the current configuration and return the device to its factory settings. By doing so, all settings including the password, IP addresses, VLAN settings, and port configurations are removed.
Next, as explained in the software manual earlier, after you reset the switch to the default configuration, the IP address is reset to 192.168.0.239, and the DHCP client is enabled.
Let us know how it goes!

Re: ProSafe GS110TP Factory Reset
Thank you Lauren for your reply. I have that manual. I am using a Macbook so the GUI is not available to me, only on Windows machines. When I installed to unit I changed the ip address from 192.168.0.239 to something else and I have lost my documentation so I am trying to reset the unit to factory defaults. I am not able to locate the factory reset button, only the reset button that reboots the switch.
