ProSafe XS728T Blocking Ports
Hi,
We have just purchased a new XS748T ProSAFE 48-Port 10-Gigabit Smart Managed Switch for our business but we're having a few issues.
The managed switch appears to be blocking ports at random. all of a sudden a certain port will become as if the device is not plugged in. if we switch the device to another port it will work fine until that port is blocked again.
Is there a security feature which i can check on the switch which may be causing this to happen ? I have factory reset the switch and made no changes at all but the problem is still apparent.
Thanks

Re: ProSafe XS728T Blocking Ports
Hi DaleWinton,
Welcome to the community! 🙂
a. How is everything connected? It would be best if you post a screenshot or image of your detailed network setup.
b. What is the current firmware version of the XS728T?
c. Are there VLANs configured on the XS728T switch?
d. What is the behavior of the LED lights on the XS728T switch?
