There seem a Problem with three trasceifers 0/6, 0/11 and 0/27, but there are no such interfaces in the Stack. Its a Stack of three M4300-96x's. Interfaces named like 1/1/1,  1/1/5 and so on. How do I identify the Transceivers?

Regards

Re: Transceiver is not accessible

Hello @suppbod,

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂

You are right, the port numbering for the M4300-96X should be in the format unit number/slot number/port number. I sent you a pm, kindly reply back to it with the Tech Support file so we can check. To download Tech Support file just go to Maintenance > Export > HTTP File Export, select Tech Support for the File Type and hit Apply.

Have a lovely day,
RennaD
