Upgrading GSM7324 L3 Managed Gigabit Switch firmware

Hi,

Ive just purchased this switch and I am trying to update its firmware from 5.0.2.1 to 6.3.3.6 using tftpd32.

The service appears to be running fine on my desktop but when I try and tftp from the switch I get the error "file transfer failed"

Can anyone assist me with this please?

5.0.2.1 to 6.3.3.6 seemed to be a big jump, can you try doing it incrementally?
