jgs524e v2 Pro Safe switch All port lights are blinking
10 ports are in use with physical connections. After a period of time all of the ports will light up as active. During this condition I am not able to log in to the management interface. Power cycle normalizes the operation.
Is this a hardware/software defect or config/OS version issue?
Is this a known bug that can be fixed with a sofware upgrade?

Re: jgs524e v2 Pro Safe switch All port lights are blinking
Welcome to our community!
The issue described below seems not related to the switch, this condition happens normally when you have a loop in your network and the broadcast traffic saturate the network.
Could you check if you have any loop or any possible device that will cause this loop?
Another good way to identify if there is any possible loop or broadcast issue is that you check the port statistics and see if there is any particular port with CRC errors or generating a lot of traffic.
Hope it helps!

Port stats no reported CRC errors.
I did notice loop detection enabled. Not sure when this option was set. I am going to disable it and see if the problem goes away.
