most reliable switch choosing between M4300-48X and XS748T

most reliable switch choosing between M4300-48X and XS748T
I'm currently looking to replace a XS728T and get more ports. I'm considering getting the M4300-48X or a XS748T - besides the management that would allow stacking and more things I try to figure out if the M4300 would bring more performances / reliability over a XS748T.
I'm mainly using lvl2 switching.

One of the differences between the XS748T and M4300-48X is that all 44 ports of the XS748T only supports 1G / 10G of ethernet connection. While the M4300-48X supports 100Mbps / 1Gbps / 10Gbps on all 48 ports. You can compare their specifications through their respective data sheets below:
