routing vlan's ona Managed switch GSM4328PS

GSM4328PS - - GSM4328PS - - I created vlan 1212, 1200 and 1250. I set ip addresses for vlans . vlan 1200 has ip 192.168.110.251, vlan 1212 has ip 192.168.112.251. I add routing between vlan 1200 and 1212. host in vlan 1200 ( 192.168.110.71 ) can ping gateway(gw) of vlans 1200, 1212 and host in vlan 1212 (192.168.112.200). host in vlan 1212 (192.168.112.200) can ping gw of vlan 1212 but can't ping gw of vlan 1200 and host in vlan 1200. I don't know what's wrong

Hi Piotr_Gronowski,

Welcome to our community! 🙂

It seems that you were having issues with the VLAN routing on this managed switch. May I know if you added a default route to the VLAN routing page? Please add a default route by using an IP that is not currently used as one of your VLAN GW. You can use the IP address of your router.

You may refer to this article.

Re: routing vlan's ona Managed switch GSM4328PS

Hi John.

I added a default route to my internet router. Please luke at my startup config. Hosts from vlan 1200 ( 192.168.110.x) have access to internet too. I upgraded tthe switch  to a newes firmware, but it didn't solve my problem.

regards

Piotr Gronowski

@Piotr_Gronowski,

You may need to add the default route in the switch and not in your router.
