Can no longer control Meural with phone app

I recently changed my Netgear password, and I thought everything was fine.


Today I could not access my Studio, my Canvas, what photos were on my Playlist, etc.  However the Meural itself seems to be workine fine.  My Canvas - which I cannot access - is playing along fine.  I want to make additions, but my phone tells me I have to start completely over.


I can log into Netgear using my new password - but I find my purchase date is off by about 5 years.
