Canvas II will not go Online
Canvas II had been online for long time, went offline last week, and now I can't get it back online. Process tried:
1) Run iOS app - Canvas is offline, suggests Restart WiFi. Do that first - no improvement
2) Next do "WiFi Reset" procedure, using "Clear All Connections" and "Walkthrough" per app instructions, followed by connect to Meural WiFi, then finally Home WiFi. No Improvement
3) Check Canvas Info page (directly on Meural screen) - IP address is assigned, but Server toggles between "Offline" and "Connecting..." about every 20 seconds or so
4) Pull power, wait 30 sec, re-apply power - no change in Canvas Info page, no change in Meural iOS status either (still says OFFLINE)
5) Tried Factory Reset - remove power, push Reset pin in and hold, apply power, hold Reset pin for 20 seconds, observe Meural splash screen and let go of Reset, Meural automatically resets again after a few seconds, then run WiFi Reset procedure again (using QR code, etc.). After all that, Canvas Info displays same thing - IP address assigned, but Server is toggling between "Offline" and "Connecting..."
How do I get this thing online??
