Good afternoon, I have been trying for hours to see photos from a class 10 SD card. I read carefully the instructions from the support team: made a directory called Meural1 in which I have put only 2 photos called quebec1.jpg and quebec2.jpg. I closed my canvas, unplugged it for at least 1minute, reopened it. Nothing happens, nothing in playlist.
The next Step I am thinking of is to buy a micro SD card or a micro usb drive, but is it the solution?
why is it so hard to have this canvas function with personal photos? I would like to Know what I am doing wrong. Thanks
