Canvas Meural II Images are not displaying

Hi,

I had uploaded picture to an SD and there weren't any issues displaying the pictures on the card. I recently added some more pictures to the meural1 folder and none of my pictures will display anymore. I just get a black screen with a torn page icon in the top left corner. 

I also tried to to upload via the online portal and through the app, the pictures still show as black with the icon. My naming convention is a 1234.jpeg. Any suggestions as to why I can no longer see any images?

Hi, sorry for the late follow-up. Factory reset didn't work, turning it on/off doesn't work, and I have tried to reload as well.

My SD card is formatted is ExFat. All of my pictures are alphanumeric jpegs (ex 123.jpeg).
