Hi Karen,
I feel your pain, now you have three bricked devices, that’s a shame that Netgear doesn’t let their users know about the problem. It’s not a single person complaining, it’s multiple users with the same exact issue.
At this point I have my Meural unplugged until I hear of a solution.
How can the Meural shows connectivity to my wi-if network, full bars, obviously connected to Netgear network and unable to pair with the app?
I keep on trying the reset, tried on another network as well, another phone, even tried an android phone and still the same problem.
Should we bring this issue to a consumer protection branch? We could ask for compensation at this point. Collect signatures, do something. We can’t accept this.

I've got a couple more weeks before my next event, but I need at least one working by the week of October 21.
It's not like these are inexpensive items. And I'm loathe to call for support as (at least the last time I had to call for help) they force you to buy a subscription for support before they will talk to you! 😠 If there's no solution, why should I pay extra just to hear that? ARG.
