Weirdly, my newer Canvas, bought 2022, is still connecting to the app, but my older 2nd generation one, bought 2017, stopped connecting like other people in this thread a week or so ago. Both are connected to the same wifi with strong signal.

That’s actually good feedback, at least they can narrow down to possibly a firmware update on the older Meurals.
I haven’t heard of a solution yet.

Meural Lost Connectivity and says "Server Status Offline"
Hello, My Meural has been working fine until yesterday when it lost connectivity. It still says it is connected to my home network but to be sure I repeated the WiFi setup steps. Both the app and website say "frame offline". The frame itself says it is connected to my network but server status is "offline". Could this mean that the problem is on Netgear's end? Otherwise, anything I can try to restore connectivity? See frame status below. Thanks.

Your Canvas Appears to be Offline
After 2 hours on the phone with support, I am ready to throw this thing out of the window! Original issue was that canvas was offline and now I'm stuck in an endless loop of the frame showing the "download QR code" and the motion no longer working. This is MC227, 2nd Generation.
1.) When I plug it in, I am brought to the Download QR screen
2.) Go to the Meural app on my phone
3.) Lower right, click Canvas
4.) I'm briefly brought to a screen that says 'synching your canvas', but then this goes to a screen that has my canvas name in upper left, and the message "Reconnect your Canvas to the WiFi Network. Your canvas is currently offline. You may need to restart the WiFi service on your Canvas."
5.) I click "Restart WiFi"
6.) Instructions then say to "Wave down on the Canvas to pull up Canvas menu" / Wave to WiFi / Wave to Restart WiFi.
Problem is once on the QR screen, the "wave" no longer works.
7.) So, within the app on this page, I have option to "Reset WiFi"
8.) Click Reset WiFi but more instructions regarding 'the wave' which I cannot do from the QR screen.
Thank you in advance for any help. Love this product, but horrible support.

My canvas re-connected to the Meural app on my iPhone last night, and this morning it has reconnected through the Netgear/Meural website on my laptop.
There is hope!

Sometimes, my frame will say offline, but later when I come back, what i had tried to upload is there. So, it seems they come online for a little while and then go offline.

Not sure why the other thread is locked, but having the same issue. I have not bothered opening a support case yet as I think it will just be a waste of time. Unless someone has had better luck, please post.

Serverstatus is always Offline
My Meural MC227 has the following problem: the serverstatus always says "offline" and it is not possible to connect using the app to the device. But the device gets a proper IP address and can be pinged. Anything I can do for fixing this issue?

NG seem to be aware of it and working on it?
You'll need to make contact with NG support and let them know if what your seeing and wait for them to get things corrected.

Canvas Offline Again
Mine somehow came back online on Monday (10/7). Was able to send some new images over to the Canvas. Now tonight (10/8) it is Offline again.
Any update Netgear???

NG is aware of this and is working on a fix. Not time frame on final fix. So please be patient.

Can I get a refund on my Meural subscription?
Meural 1 no longer connects to anything and I've been unable to download new art for almost a month now.
How do we go about getting a refund on our membership costs?
