Canvas Subscription Cancelled, Contacting Netgear
I was surprised last week to have my Meural Membership prematurely cancelled by Netgear, even though it doesn't renew until January. When I went to fix the problem, both my address and card details were rejected. My card is working fine elsewhere.
Subsequently, I was even more surprised to find that there doesn't seem to be a way of contacting Netgear without paying £55 for premium support. This is not something I am prepared to do.
I've tried to contact Meural themselves via Twitter, but the response there seems somewhat soporific. This is all a far cry from when the Meural was launched, when responses were swift and I, as an enthusiastic early adopter, was even asked to endorse the product.
So, my question is, how do I get this resolved by myself? If I can't, I'm looking at an expensive blank slate I can't do much with.
