How do I reconnect after accidently clearing wifi connections?

If you selected to clear connections, you can use the following article to reconnect to the same or different WiFi.

- Your solution doesn't work. I can follow the steps until up to launching the app. App will not launch when not connected to my WiFi. I even tried reinstalling the app and now I can't even connect to the canvas. Asks for a password. I would like to try a factory reset but want to know what will happen if I do. Thanks for any help you can give
