We recently received our Canvas II but could not find any information on how to use an SD cart to show our images to the Canvas. Key questions are:
1. How should the SD card be formatted? Can it be formatted on MacOS?
2. How should image/movie files be named on the SD card to be recognized by the Canvas?
3. How should images be organized? For example, in folders which would appear as Playlists on the Canvas?
thanks

Hello Sabra,
Thank you for the questions regarding using the SD card with the Meural.
1) Yes, it can be formatted on Mac OS. You'll have the option to format on an SD card to FAT32 and ExFAT in Mac OS.
2) The image file should read "image name.[filetype]" (for example, "italy.jpeg"), and should use only alphanumeric characters.
3) It's best to organize your playlists. If you want to use folders, that should be fine.
